Requirements:

Active NMBI registration

Minimum 3 years’ management experience in a nursing home setting

Postgraduate qualification in healthcare or management

Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

Comprehensive knowledge of HIQA standards

Eligibility to work in Ireland
