Deputy Social Care Manager – Children’s Residential Services

Cpl Healthcare is delighted to announce our partnership with a reputable social care provider whose mission is to support young people in reaching their full potential and integrating into the community. Due to continued expansion, we are currently recruiting Deputy Social Care Managers for permanent positions based in Two Mile Borris, Co. Tipperary.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Social Care Manager to deliver a high-quality, child-centred service to young people under the age of 12, in line with the policies, procedures, and standards set out by our client. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop leadership skills within a supportive and progressive children’s residential service.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Relevant qualification in Social Care (minimum Level 7)
• Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience in Children’s Residential Services
• Strong knowledge of child protection legislation, HIQA standards, and regulatory compliance
• Proven ability to provide effective leadership, supervision, and support to a team of Social Care Workers and Social Care Leaders
• Full, clean driver’s licence preferred
