Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise care staff on a day-to-day basis

Provide high standards of nursing care in line with HIQA guidelines

Support and coordinate resident activities

Use your clinical judgment to make safe and effective care decisions

Maintain excellent communication with residents, families, and staff

What You Need

Third-level Nursing qualification

NMBI registration (or in process)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A genuine passion for delivering high-quality person-centred care

Qualification in Gerontology is a bonus but not essential
