Cpl Healthcare is delighted to announce that we are working with one of Ireland’s largest and most respected organisations in the disability sector. Due to continued growth, our client is currently recruiting Residential Support Workers to join their dedicated teams in Enniscorthy, Wexford.

The Role

As a Residential Support Worker, you will support service users with all aspects of daily living while promoting independence, dignity, and inclusion within their home and local community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Empower service users to live independent lives within their residential home and community
  • Transport service users to support access to daily living activities, appointments, and social opportunities
  • Participate in household duties such as cooking, laundry, general cleaning, and shopping
  • Maintain professional communication and positive working relationships with colleagues
  • Promote safe working practices and report hazards, incidents, or concerns promptly
  • Actively engage in team meetings, supervision, training, and team events
  • Deliver an excellent standard of person-centred care at all times

Qualifications & Requirements

  • QQI Level 5 Major Award (minimum of 8 modules completed) in a relevant healthcare discipline
  • Applicants must be 18 years or older
  • Full clean manual driving licence and access to own transport
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Knowledge of HIQA standards
  • Work or student experience in social care or a related sector
