🩺Do you want to work in a Hospital that believes in accessible, world-class care that puts patients first? Our client, a leading private hospital in Waterford, is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager 2 for their Thetre Services to join their team.

This role focuses on coordinating and supervising nursing and support staff to deliver high-quality care in the theatre department. It includes managing communication, leading and motivating staff, efficiently using resources, and driving practice development and change. The position also involves contributing to policy development, supporting senior nursing management when needed, and maintaining accurate clinical and administrative records.

💡Applicants must be a NMBI registered Nurse, with 2 years post qualification experience, 2 of which to be management experience in a Theatre setting. A relevant post qualification certificate in Peri-operative Nursing and Healthcare management is advantageous.

💰Salary: €61,249.46 - €75,143.17 per annum based on a 37 hour week
