CNM2 - Discharge Coordinator

Clarity are currently recruiting for a CNM2 - Discharge Coordinator for a prestigious hospital in South Dublin

The ideal candidate must be/have:

• Be active on the live NMBI register
• BLS & ACLS Certifications
• A minimum of 5 years RN experience in an acute hospital setting.
• A minimum of 2 -year management experience.
• Have the clinical, managerial and administrative capacity to properly discharge the functions of the role.
