An ideal opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Manage or Assistant Director of Nursing

Role:

Overall direction, coordination and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to residents.
Ensuring all set standards and legislative requirements for resident care are attained and exceeded.
Leading and managing an enthusiastic team
Ensuring the development of policies, programmes and evidence-based practice consistent with standards (HIQA) and standard policies within the nursing home.

Qualifications / Requirement:
Experience as Clinical Nurse Manager or Assistant Director of Nursing
3 years post-registration experience in a nursing home environment.
Significant management experience
Excellent people skills
Thorough knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations
Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills
Computer Skills


Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Experience Required:

Supervisory: 3 years (Preferred)
Nurse Management: 1 year (Preferred)

Salary:
From: €24.00 per hour to €27.50 per hour.
