Excel Healthcare Recruitment is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager 3/PPIM to join a Community Residential Service in Limerick, supporting children and adults with intellectual disabilities. Location: Limerick
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Salary: €70,725-€79,872* (*subject to relevant public sector experience)

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team, ensuring delivery of high-quality care

• Oversee service compliance with HIQA standards and Health Act 2007

• Manage complex care needs and behaviours of concern

• Support, mentor, and develop staff teams

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies

What we're looking for:

• NMBI registration (RNID division)

• Recognised management qualification (FETAC/QQI Level 6 or equivalent)

• Full clean driving licence and access to a car

• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills

• Experience in intellectual disability services, ideally CNM2 level

• Knowledge of HIQA regulations and best practice standards
