Duties of the Clinical Business Development Manager:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive occupancy and service growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, GPs, and healthcare professionals
• Identify and develop new referral pathways and business opportunities
• Support the admissions process and ensure a seamless client journey
• Collaborate closely with clinical and operational teams to align business and care delivery goals
• Represent the organisation at networking events, meetings, and industry forums
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and performance metrics
• Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership

Clinical Business Development Manager must:

• Have a clinical background (Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional)
• Have proven experience in business development within healthcare or nursing home settings
• Possess strong knowledge of the Irish healthcare system and referral pathways
• Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Be commercially aware with a strategic mindset
• Hold a full clean driving licence and be willing to travel
