Care Supervisor

Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Care Supervisor for one of our clients based in Tralee, Co. Kerry.

The Supervisor will play a crucial part in overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of healthcare staff, ensuring that patient care meets established standards of quality and safety.

REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of two years' experience as a Registered Nurse in a relevant healthcare setting.
• Must have a nursing qualification and be registered for 3 years (RGN desirable, other disciplines with relevant experience will be considered) on the live register of NMBI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff, patients, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• You must be able to build trusting relationships with customers, their families, staff and other professionals such as district nurses, GPs and occupational therapists.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Supervisors may work over the weekend or evenings, must be able to work flexibly.
