Are you a career driven doctor with proven Cardiothoracic Surgical experience?

We are currently recruiting for Cardiothoracic Surgical Registrars with private hospitals across Ireland.

Duffy Alexander Recruitment works in partnership with the HSE (Public Hospitals which includes University Teaching Hospitals), Private hospitals & Clinics across Ireland to recruit doctors across all levels in multiple specialities.

Please Note: Please only apply for this post if you are seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgical Registrar post and have proven clinical experience in Cardiothoracic Surgery.

To be eligible to work in Ireland you will need to have all the following essential criteria:

• General IMC registration or in final process
• Professional exams e.g. MRCSI or MRCS UK would be a distinct advantage
• You will need to have passed either the IELTS or OET exam and hold a valid certificate. The two accepted standards are IELTS overall Band 7, not less than 6.5 in each domain or OET Grade B overall.
• Proven Cardiothoracic Surgical experience essential
• Available to start in July 2026
