We are currently seeking applications from experienced Behaviour Specialists interested in joining the expanding Behaviour Specialist team within a growing organisation. The Behaviour Specialist will be working with adults in a well-established Mental Health Rehabilitation Unit based in North Cork working alongside a diverse multidisciplinary team. Candidates must demonstrate the necessary interest, capability, performance and enthusiasm in line with the requirements of this role.

Key Requirements:

• Psychology Degree or equivalent
• MSc ABA or equivalent
• BCBA preferred but not essential
• Experience in a mental health setting
• 2 - 3 years experience within a similar role or health / social care setting as a behaviour specialist
