The successful candidate will work as part of the senior management team to oversee the day-to-day management of this facility. Responsibilities of this Assistant Director of Nursing include:

• Oversee the strategic management of a large healthcare operation
• Carry out regular risk assessments to mitigate clinical risks and prevent accidents, in accordance with company guidelines
• Carry out appraisals in accordance with policy while liaising with the Training Coordinator to facilitate personal development plans
• Overseeing the provision of a high quality, person-centred service to patients and effective management of the staff team and resources

What you need to be considered for this Assistant Director of Nursing job:

• NMBI registration
• Natural Leadership, Organisational and Communication skills
• Experience in a similar senior management role along with an acute nursing backgorund is essential
