Assistant Director of Nursing

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing who lives in County Clare or is willing to relocate to join an established nursing home.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Registered Nurse with active registration on the NMBI.
• Minimum of 2 years’ management experience.
• At least 6 years of experience working in a nursing home setting.
• QQI Level 6 in Management or Leadership.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with a focus on team motivation and continuous professional development.
