work in a Designated Centre within HSE ID Services , for a client in Donegal

Duties

● Supporting residents' with declining medical needs

● Managing team of care assistants

● Medication management

● Nursing assessments, completing and updating care plans

● Working with the MDT to facilitate the individual needs of residents.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s Degree in ID or General Nursing, and Active Registration with the Nursing

and Midwifery Board of Ireland

● Minimum 6 months post registration ID experience

● Eligible to work in Ireland

● Registered with Clarity Locums (or willing to register)
