Nurses will be required to work as part of the Migrant Health Community Inreach team with flexibility as service needs require to work as a member of the Homeless Service Community Nursing teamInitial assignments will include but is not limited to;Health screening various accommodation sites across IHA Dublin North and East and the IPO for Intercultural health/ Homeless servicesPhlebotomyBBV screening across the IHACase management and complex case management (intercultural health/homeless services)Work as part of a multidisciplinary team and take active participation as required in case conferences (intercultural health/homeless services) Health assessments and referrals to community services, primary care services and Section 39 services as required (intercultural health/homeless services)Key link and client advocate to GP servicesFor more information on this role please contact Sorcha on or send a copy of your CV to
