🩺Do you want to work in a Hospital that believes in accessible, world-class care that puts patients first? Our client, a leading private hospital in Waterford, is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing for their Peri-Operative Services to join their team.

The ADON will hold responsibility for the Theatre, Endoscopy and CSSD departments within the Hospital, in collaboration with CNMs, Consultants, and other disciplines.

This role involves coordinating nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care, managing communication and resources, and fostering teamwork and performance. It includes leading practice development, implementing change, supporting policy development, assisting senior management when required, and overseeing theatre scheduling and record-keeping.

💡Applicants must be a NMBI registered Nurse, with 3-5 years recent management experience in a Theatre setting. A relevant post qualification certificate in Peri-operative Nursing and Healthcare management is advantageous.

💰Salary: €71,160.46 - €87,817.01 per annum based on a 37 hour week
