Headhunt International a global recruitment company established over 35 years is expanding their operations in Dublin and hiring a Sales Operations Director
As a Sales Operations Director you will have full autonomy in your role, to create and manage robust client relationships. Candidates and clients are spread across Ireland and Internationally - clients you will be working with range from SMEs through to global multinationals
On the client side you will be creating, maintaining and managing relationships, whilst always providing best in class quality service.
Business development, lead generation, recruitment and training will be crucial components for you to succeed in this role.
On the candidate side you will be required to recruit and manage Recruitment Consultants and Teams to source select and submit finely attuned quality candidates using bespoke recruitment methodologies and tools - Recruitment Consultants with the ability to deliver quickly with an eye for detail to uncover top candidates in specified time frames to ensure you give clients the best talent in the market.
This is an opportunity to attend industry events and have regular client visits to ensure that you are constantly increasing your pipeline of business so you can drive revenue for you and your Teams.
Essentials for the role:
8 years plus in recruitment
Exceptional communication skills - face to face and phone.
The ability to manage your work flow to ensure that you achieve KPI's and financial targets on a consistent basis.
Initiative - you will need to constantly evolve and adapt to the changing world of recruitment and think of new ways of reaching new candidates and clients.
A third level qualification or significant experience with a proven track record in sales or marketing management is required.
You need to be able to work autonomously and drive Teams of Researchers, Consultants and Managers depending on the projects.
You will be working in a fast paced environment - so adaptability to change is key!
