CARE MANAGER
Dublin 6

Our client is currently seeking a care manager for their community of elderly Sisters. The desired candidate is required to be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services to residents that promote the dignity, independence, self-determination, privacy, and choice of each resident, upholding legislation and regulation and promoting the philosophy, policies, and procedures of all Sisters in Residence. The Care Manager will be required to oversee and work with staff to deliver a service that promotes health and wellbeing among all the residents.

Requirements:
• A recognised qualification in HealthCare/Human Well Being with relevant Management experience.
• Have a minimum of three years experience in Management
• Have knowledge of Financial/Accountancy Programmes
• Hold a full, clean drivers licence
• Demonstrate initiative, flexibility, excellent communication and organizational skills

Desirable Requirements:
• Have experience of working with the elderly.
• Background in healthcare.
• Knowledge of legislation and regulation, particularly health and safety
• Have ICT skills

Benefits:
• 20hours a week
• 12 annual leave days
• €20,000p.a.
